Hey, I purchased these effects as part of your all-in-one pack, but I don't actually own a version of RPGMaker that can use the json files! any chance you could post some gifs of the animations in action? there's many I can't figure out just by looking at the frames alone, like Ani_burst3, or Ani_dark4
Hmmm, of course you are free to use them outside of RPG Maker, but some animations will not be the same as those created on the RPG Maker Editor if you just convert the sprite sheets to gifs.
It will take a lot of time and effort to recreate the animations created in the editor as gifs.
oh, no, I wouldn't be using gifs as assets! I'd just want to see some gifs or videos of the animations being played as intended in the RPG Maker Engine, so that I can have a reference when attempting to recreate the animations myself in another engine from sprite sheets

If you mean reference, I made an Mp4 file so that you can see what the animation looks like on the RPG Maker editor.
Creating the gif is a bit of a challenge, so I'm sorry, but is this okay?
